Bought sight unseen from the US through your agency from the. Completely difference experience than in the States where you have a buyer's agent but Katie Tinniswood made me feel extremely safe and cared for it was as if she were my personal agent! Jane Doyle was a dream to work with on both counts -- she gave my wife and me honest AND comprehensive information about the home we wanted.

She was transparent about what work had been done on the longere we bought, and what work remained. Plus, she ever-so-patiently walked us through the steps we needed to take to complete the purchase process and the idiosyncrasies of buying in a farming district.

Plus, she was a terrific help in guiding us through setting up utilities, electricity, and property maintenance.

What would we have done without her?

Wallowed in despair, most likely.
